WITHDRAWALS

The student shall be considered to be withdrawn from the school if:

  1. He/she defaults in the payment of fee for 02 month consecutively. Dues in such a case will be reimbursed from the ‘Security’ deposits.
  2. Not attended the school for a period of 01 month unless a written approval from the principal has been acquired.
  3. Has committed a gross violation of the discipline.
  4. If the student fails consecutively in the same class twice.

Note: Withdrawal in first two cases, i.e., 1 and 2, can be re-admitted only after clearance of all previous dues and re-admission fee of Rs. 5000/=.

Withdrawal at Parents’ Request

A written request for withdrawing a student must reach the office well in advance i.e. about a month. The school-leaving certificate will be issued only after all the school dues have been cleared. Full fee for the month during which the withdrawal takes place or a student's name is struck off, shall have to be paid. Applications for withdrawal at the end of the academic year must be submitted latest by the day the annual examination results are announced. Once a student's name has been transferred to the rolls for the next year, fee for the month of March becomes payable and the school leaving certificate will be issued only after the same, along with the other outstanding dues, has been paid.
